State Requirements Per California requirements for high school graduation, each student is required to have a minimum of 220 units or credits spanning the ninth through twelfth grades. We tailor a student’s academic progress by filling in the gaps, cleaning up the past education, and ensuring the requirements to obtain a high school diploma are met. We also work with students intending to pass the CHSPE (California High School Proficiency Exam) and obtain their diploma early. An elementary school student would complete the studies required in a particular grade, again paying special attention to handling any deficiencies.
